🚀 Step-by-Step Opt-Out Guide

1. Find Your Record

Go to Spokeo.com and search for your name. You can narrow down the results by selecting your state or city.

2. Copy Your Record URL

Locate your profile in the search results and click "See Results".

• Once the profile page loads, copy the URL from your browser's address bar.
• Note: If you hit a paywall, copy the URL anyway. You do not need to pay to remove it.

3. Submit Opt-Out Request

Go to the Spokeo Opt-Out Page.

1. Paste the URL you copied in Step 2.
2. Enter your email address.
3. Complete the CAPTCHA verification (I'm not a robot).
4. Click "Remove this Listing".

4. Verify via Email

Check your email inbox immediately. You will receive a confirmation link from Spokeo.

• Click the link to finalize the removal request.
• If you don't click this link, your information will remain public.

⚠️ Troubleshooting

Q: I can't find the Opt-Out form? A: Scroll down to the bottom of the Opt-Out page. Sometimes it is hidden below the fold.

Q: I didn't receive the email? A: Check your Spam or Junk folder. If it's not there after 5 minutes, try submitting the request again.

Q: I have multiple listings? A: You must repeat this process for each unique profile URL you find.
